Online Marketing Director

Position #129

We are looking for experienced online marketing director to manage our international online marketing.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Managing the marketing team of 10 team members that in charge of recruiting and managing new publishers to Amonetize’s   monetization and distribution platform.
  • Managing Strategic account management to help maintain, grow, and retain publisher partners.
  • Manage the team leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
  • Assess publishers needs and build a campaign that best suits their needs.
  • Managing ongoing communication with the company publishers.
  • Ongoing analysis and optimization of the publishers’ campaigns.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals.
  • Overachieving: Consistently meeting and frequently beating monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Evidence of ability to adhere to and execute on a sales process.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing online marketing team (affiliate managers, media buyers, media sales) of at least 5 team members for at least two years.
  • At least five years experience in online marketing as team member (affiliate manager, media buyer, media sales).
  • Experience in development of marketing campaigns and business-to-business marketing. Strategic planning and analysis experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Hebrew.
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM  an advantage.
  • Experience with download vertical an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field – advantage.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Setup, implement & track large scale PPC campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Analyze performance data.
  • Work with SEM automatic management systems.
  • Bring new ideas and discover new opportunities.
  • Carry out research.
  • Test different ad copies and find what converts best.
  • Work closely with other marketing team group members and with the R&D team.
  • Manage high budgets in highly competitive markets.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing large scale international PPC campaigns across Google Adwords, (search & display networks) and other PPC platforms.
  • Passion for analyzing, reporting and acting on data.
  • Excellent knowledge working with Google Analytics and great analytical skills.
  • Good grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Responsible, self-learner and a passionate for SEM.
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Someone who will live & breathe the business, have a fantastic attitude & want to grow with the company.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, test-driven field (economics, market research, science, etc.)
